Ice skating is dunzo

So I was out and about in Windsor for ice skating but it was raining so hard! :-( so me and my friends wandered around to just have a coffee instead but of course everything was shutting down (cafes) so ended up just hanging out at a Spanish bar/restaurant eating Tapas! Its pretty wild weather outside. Heavy rain and gales.
Stay safe wherever you are. I am off to hang out with few friends to see in the new year. You bet I won't be out in the rain though :-)

Sexy look

Love the leather gloves and the smart look :-)

Jesus will be with you shortly...

Some Swedish news for you....
With Christmas marking the birth of Christ, it would only be appropriate to remind readers that this was the year that a Swedish hospital told Jesus to change his name. The Jesus in question, a nurse, was asked to make the change as patients had tended to worry when told 'Jesus will soon be with you'.

Ho ho ho

Merry Christmas and a jolly good new year to you all!
I am totally tired. I had a busy day with Christmas lunch, meeting up someone for dinner yesterday. You know the usual things. I can’t wait to go back to bed right now but I know that as soon as I leave here around lunch time, I need to finish my Christmas shopping. There is one thing I still haven’t bought and you bet I won’t be buying it at Oxford street. As much as I love London, I absolutely hate the crowds we have here. I am convinced that Oxford Street actively produces people.

Ok time for me to get a coffee.

All the best until I come back on the blog!
I am out!

...Christian Bale doing what he does best i.e."looking psycho"..

It's actually from 'American psycho' business card scene but it's funny. He does psycho so well!

Cook some Christmas turkey!

Here is a recipe to cook Christmas turkey...it seems to only take 30 minutes! Happy Holidays! :-)

Good book

Great book!

Where I wanna be...

I want to be in the Caribbean - sit under a palm tree and read a book and relax. I have so many books that I would like to read but I never get the time!

No winter?

I have to admit that this year we have a pretty mild winter. It doesn't feel like Xmas is round the corner. Here is an interesting article from the BBC:

A florist in Cairo (2005) I have some fond memories of Cairo's florists. I can still recall and smell the fragrance of roses and lillies and the freshness in the air (only inside the shop - outside there was plenty of dust!). It is strange how much dry weather they have there but they have amazing flowers.

Alright - I am out for tonight. Posted by Picasa
